Ivy Tan You watched/read Yakitate Japan? Nice! Not many people know about it, so I always had a hard time explaining. LOL! About the lantern, it originally was just a minor design element inspired by another anime called Natsume Yuujinchou. It's about spirits, so it featured buddhist temples with these lanterns. I grew attached to the lantern over time... it's quite an interesting representation of my spirit. :) a year ago
